Eco Terra Invest develops its own designs and Intelectual Property (IP) solutions in collaboration with its partners in order to achieve new designs and typologies for new houses and other buildings in accordance to its clients needs, thereby adding to its own portfolio of houses and auxiliary buildings.

The project examples in the Ecoterra Invest Houses page demonstrate some of our concepts at project level. Some of the solutions we provide are mentioned below.

Housing

We work with Partners that have already developed houses and buildings that adapt themselves to various situations and climates and are very affordable.

Eco Terra Invest is developing its own design of houses and other buildings for Mozambique, Colombia, Portugal and the United Kingdom from orders it has obtained.

​We can manufacture and deliver any type of building or house that a client requires. By providing us with your design, we provide a quote for its construction, delivery and assembly. All a client has to do is provide the infrastructure and access to water, sewage and electricity if they do not want to opt for our ‘eco power solution’ and any other amenities that we can provide. We will do the rest for their “Ideal Home”.

Education

Education is one of the pillars of civilization and the barometer that societies and countries can look to as a measure of development. The better the people are educated the better the country develops and stays at the forefront of progress.

Eco Terra Invest believes in the development and implementation of infrastructures that help communities to take advantage of a good education for the promotion and future of the community and Country to which they belong.

One of the most widely used applications for these systems is the construction of comercial and industrial buildings, such as factories, warehouses, logistics dispatching centres as well as governement buildings for military and training purposes.

Due to their flexible modular construction, these systems are highly competitive when compared with traditional construction techniques, both in price and quality.
