Eco Terra Invest is an affordable house solution company founded by two individuals with diverse backgrounds and different, but complementary professional skills that share a unique vision and passion for sustainability, affordability and an acute awareness of the impact that climate change and rising world population is having on humanity.
With this consideration we believe that amongst the various needs to make our planet a better place in the future is the development and deployment of sustainable and affordable housing solutions.
By introducing a carbon zero energy with our solar2go solution to the equation, that can be delivered either as an individual or community based solution, we are able to deliver a system that fulfils all the requirements of a sustainable, ecofriendly environment.
EcoTerraInvest is committed to delivering and deploying housing and building solutions that work at a single or collective level, as master plans for villages or towns and changing the way we live by contributing higher and better standards of living to the poor and homeless communities in the world.

Tweedie Brown
Chairman
Brigadier Tweedie Brown CBE, left the Army in 2004 where he was latterly CEO of Defence Postal and Courier Services, Commander of the Defence Logistics Training Group and Chief of Staff to the Adjutant General. He was a Director at the Army Benevolent Fund for a year and was an advisor to Ministers on Executive Agencies and quality initiatives in Government.
Horácio Carvalho
CEO
Horacio is Portuguese born with extensive principal investment experience in property development, hotels, power generation, climate change and waste recycling projects around the world.
Hartmut Rohrmann
COO
Hartmut Rohrmann is a German citizen. He just returned to Europe after 15 years abroad, mainly in South America. He has a broad knowledge and experience in energy efficiency, energy efficient, fast-track and economical construction systems and renewable generation systems.Hartmut is enthusiastic on creative & innovative solutions in the fields of energy, construction and sustainable development.
Rosamund Bloomfield Smith
CFO
After thirty years as an employee and then director of some of the City of London’s most prestigious investment banks, for the past 15 years Rosamund Blomfield-Smith has had a non-executive portfolio encompassing entities as varied as Thames Water, the Museum of London Archaeology (of which she is the chairman), the Green investment Bank Financial Services, the University of the West of England, Moat Homes and both Ofgem and Ofcom.
Michael Fox-Field
Director of Risk Management & Intelligence
Michael heads up the risk management for the company’s investments abroad, including hostile environments. He brings a wealth of experience through years working in Europe, the Middle East, Asia & Africa working for government agencies and departments.
Luis Simões
Relations Manager
Luis is an experienced manager in Logistics (planning, programming and control proceedings), with strong experience as a former executive manager in drinking water supply, waste water and solid urban waste municipal systems. As a council member for eight years in an urban municipality with 190.000 habitants, he has participated directly in social programs for housing lodgement for more than 5.000 families. For the last five years, as investment and business consultant, he has participated in various initiatives in the areas of Natural Gas (“Up-Stream”) and Power Generation in Africa.
